1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using FIT Overlay (the "Service"), available at fitoverlay.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

2. Description of Service & User Content

FIT Overlay provides client-side browser tools for rendering telemetry gauges and graphical overlays onto user-provided sports footage. You retain all ownership, intellectual property rights, and copyright to the videos and activity telemetry files you import into the software.

3. Subscriptions, Payments & Cancellations

Certain advanced templates and features (4K rendering, unlimited template access, direct Strava sync) require an active FIT Overlay Pro subscription.

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis via Stripe.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
• Refunds: We provide a 14-day refund policy for initial subscription purchases upon request to support@fitoverlay.com.

4. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the service, nor use the service to process unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. Since rendering is performed locally within your browser, performance depends on client hardware capabilities. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FIT Overlay and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
